At Penn Construction + Design, every project starts with a conversation and ends with a space our clients are proud to call their own. We’ve been fortunate to work with homeowners and businesses who trusted us with their vision, and we’re grateful for every one of them. Here’s what some of them have to say about the experience. These reviews come from our Google Reviews, and Yelp!

Penn Construction did an outstanding job on our garage conversion. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, communicated clearly, and delivered exactly what they promised. The quality of their work is excellent — every detail looks intentional and well‑crafted. They stayed on schedule, which we really appreciated, and their crew kept the workspace extremely clean throughout the entire project.

Absolutely recommend Dan and the Penn Construction crew. The entire team is knowledgable, professional and easy to work with. If you are looking for fine craftsmanship and attention to detail, look no further...Penn Construction & Design delivers!

Dan and his team are the best. Not only are their craftsmanship top quality but the response time, local connections and the entire staff is a pleasure to work with. If you looking to renovate anything call Penn CD!

we highly recommend Penn Construction & Design for your next project!! they just completed our first floor renovation converting 3 small rooms into 1 large open flow layout. they were incredible to work with and did a phenomenal job! staff and crew were all professional, tidy and very responsive. five stars for sure!!

Thank You, Kate C; Dan and team of Penn Construction. Sustained roof damage from Storm. Kate was able to timely coordinate Roofer to get out, review damage and temporary patch major hole if roof. Contractor and crew were great. 5 Star + service from Penn C&D team.

We had what I’d consider a major kitchen renovation, including taking out a wall, cutting in 2 windows, adding a kitchen hood, and converting from electric to gas. Penn Construction was able to take our vision and execute it. Craftsmanship is top notch, but where they really shine is communication and follow up. Dan and his team pay attention to detail, communicate set backs quickly, and offer up solutions and work arounds that come up with every project. To say we are thrilled with our final project is an understatement. Additionally, after the project was finished, we had a few minor issues once everything settled. Dan immediately responded and had these items corrected quickly. We have and will continue to recommend Penn Construction with confidence.

We worked with Penn Construction to build an in-law suite, kitchen renovation, new siding and a new deck. The quality of work and attention to our projects were outstanding. The crew at our house was always respectful, easy to talk to and very kind to our kids! Highly recommended!

Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate all your hard work. We couldn't be happier with the results of our bathroom remodel and living room update. Everyone we dealt with throughout the process was friendly, professional and went the extra mile to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend you and your team to anyone needing a reliable home improvement service. Thank you!

Penn Design crews were excellent craftspeople who paid great attention to details and understood the quirks of our 1925 home. We especially enjoyed working with their designer, Alaina who gave invaluable advice, resources and choices that suited our style and budget.

Dan and his team are truly the best. I use Penn Construction for all my household needs. They have redone my whole bathroom, basement and kitchen floors and put in a great backyard patio. They are very professional and great to work with. I highly recommend Penn Construction.

Dan and his team built a fantastic mud room for us and redesigned our family room Their ideas were incredible and the craftsmanship was top notch. They were always on time, finished fast and were responsive. We also have young kids and his team was very friendly with them and allowed them to watch and converse. I highly recommend Penn

When we needed help with home modifications at short notice, Penn Construction & Design were the only ones who could make it happen and do a great job. They also kept the price down, which we really appreciated. Thanks to Penn for coming through for our family!

These guys did a great job! We had three companies come in and provide us with a quote, and Penn Construction not only gave us the best quote, but they made helpful recommendations, and did more work than either other contractor offered to do. The men were on time, professional, clean, and knocked out a huge job in two days. Very glad we found these guys!

When we purchased our house 2 years ago, we had a contractor replace a picture window with a bay window. After a year, it began to leak. We called Penn Construction & Design to inspect the problem. Dan Greenspun advised us that the bay window should have had a roof over it to keep rain from sitting in and eventually saturating the exposed top. Penn D & C not only repaired the damage, but built an attractive roof that perfectly matched the house over the bay window. We are now dry and again enjoying the view.

We recently finished our home renovation project and were really blown away with the quality of service Penn Construction and Design provided and wholeheartedly recommend them. Don’t consider anyone else, pick up the phone and call Dan today!

Dan was very thorough and detailed during his time with us. He took his time to explain everything and made sure we understood the importance of what he was looking at. We are very appreciative of his time and expertise. Would highly recommend Dan to others.

Excellent service and responsiveness. Very happy I worked with them on a recent home improvement project.
