Client Inquiry

Schedule a discovery meeting with the client

Design

We create a professional design and layout with homeowner approval.

Scope

The scope of work estimates are determined by the design, and calculation of investment costs is determined by the project scope.

Agreements

Once the scope and budget are agreed upon, a contract is signed.

Pre-Construction

Penn C+D prepares to kick off construction by acquiring any necessary permits, having a final on-site meeting, and scheduling work with the client.

Execution

Renovations commence! We remain transparent and proactive in communicating with clients throughout the project.

Final Walk Through

We conduct a final walk through with the client to ensure satisfaction.
